001How does the booking process work?
Send your dates and we confirm availability within a working day — nothing is charged until a person has confirmed your booking. A deposit secures the house; the balance follows nearer arrival, and we handle every reminder.
002What's included in the villa rental price?
The house, its pool and grounds, final cleaning, linen and towels, and our concierge team from enquiry to checkout. VAT is always shown in your quote — never added later.
003Is there support during my stay?
Yes — every villa has a dedicated local manager, and our concierge desk answers seven days a week in season. Airport transfers, chefs and charters can be arranged before or during your stay.
004Can I rent a villa for a long stay?
Many of our houses take bookings of a month or more outside peak season, often at weekly rates. Tell us your dates and we'll quote directly.
